Coley Park After School Club picks up from Coley Primary School, Southcote Primary School and St Mary’s and All Saints CE Primary School.

All our After School Clubs strive to create a happy and enjoyable atmosphere for 4 to 11 year olds. We want everyone to feel welcome and every child treated as an individual, to feel supported and respected. The club offers free play, group games, arts/crafts, music, dance and drama. Children receive a substantial snack and drink.

Each team consists of experienced and qualified staff that meets the national standards for childcare. Qualifications include NVQ’s in play work and/or childcare, food hygiene, safeguarding and paediatric first aid.

Examples of the activities the children can participate in are, imaginative and creative play, sports and active play and arts and craft.

Children of course may choose their own activities but additional sessions are set up to support learning needs and engage children mentally and physically. For example, a club may work on healthy lifestyle or an upcoming cultures festival and participate in activities and discussions to support the topic.

Clubs are open from 3:00pm until 6:00pm, Monday to Friday during term time. We also offer a shorter session, which runs for two hours from 3:00pm until 5:00pm. There is no snack for children attending the shorter session.
